Our food philosophy is simple; cook over hot coals, choose from a variety of Mexican & Mayan herbs, only use fresh products, most of them locally grown and organic, to ensure the best quality in every dish.
Our selection of cocktails cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Crafted from local organic herbs, fruits and tinctures, our specialty mezcal, tequila or rum signature cocktails will leave you wanting more. We also have a selection of artisanal craft beers from local Mexico brew masters.

Our executive chef Mauricio Jervis learned his skills working with some of the world’s best chefs. In Europe with Gordon Ramsey’s 3 Michelin star restaurant at Royal Hospital Road, then in Quebec with Chef Martin Picard at Au Pied de Cochon and Cabane à Sucre Au Pied De Cochon.
